This is named after the "inner game" between Self 1 and Self 2, as described by Tim Gallwey. His book, The Inner Game of Tennis, helped me learn blacksmithing despite the attempts of my Self 1 to "help me do it right."

A later book by Barry Green and Tim Gallwey, The Inner Game of Music, might be of interest to anyone wanting to develop more expressiveness in any creative medium.

The Inner Game is a 6-fold Chi Energy bag, with 12 holes. So it's associates with creativity and peak experiences. The turquoise Tsunami paper and cord associate this bag with the throat chakra.

The labyrinth makes this a special choice for someone wanting to develop patience and a sacred approach to achieving excellence in an expressive medium.

Materials in "The Inner Game"

The paper is Tsunami unryu paper, protected with Scotchgard® and lined with white knit cloth. A few metallic gold threads and a bit of purple ribbon are fused between the paper and cloth. The labyrinth is painted on with a silver marker.

Note that the $32 price is because this bag includes a labyrinth.
