Stones of peacock ore mark the four directions. The sculpture itself is a symbol of the native American four directions. The circle of stones is intended for small indoor ritual fires. A copper candle holder comes with the sculpture, to attach at the center of the circle when burning a candle is preferred to a larger fire. The vase holds flowers or branches  to celebrate the wheel of the year.
