How to acquire this sculpture

This piece encourages quiet happiness - a calm, joyful heart.

"Take Heart!" makes a little joke about the secrets of the heart. The tightly wrapped vessel form is made of copper mesh, almost transparent. Are my secrets really not so hidden? I may be the last to know...that everyone knows. "Take Heart" enables me to smile about it. It's all right to be transparent, to open the heart.

The crystal sphere is amethyst - the gemstone of intuition and emotional healing.

Materials Used in "Take Heart!"

Iron: Found iron and forged iron bar, painted, varnished and waxed.

Paper: Strathmore 140 lb. watercolor paper, painted with Golden artist colors, varnished with Kamar.

Copper Mesh and rods

Amethyst crystal sphere

Swarovski crystal beads and metal beads, on copper wires

Clear plastic tubing and jewelry findings, soft lavender cord, epoxy glue
